Director of Guitar Instruction
David received a guitar at the age of 11 and never looked back. In grade school and high school, he studied with several local guitar instructors, playing in neighborhood garage bands and performing with the Wakefield High School Jazz and Marching Bands. After high school, Dave took his studies to Berklee College of Music.
Although Dave currently performs, writes and records with a number of original music groups in the Boston area, he spends most of his time with Faces on Film, a rootsy folk rock group with influences ranging from Neil Young and Bob Dylan to the Beach Boys and the Motown acts.
The band's current release, The Troubles, has garnered critical acclaim from national and local publications. In 2008, the Boston Globe named The Troubles one of the year's best CDs. Faces on Film have toured the country and perform regularly at premier clubs in Boston and New York City.
